  • Approved to designate the Gluten Guru Special Use Application and approve the use of Community Center Parking Lot for a Gluten Free Vendor Market.
  • Adopted Order 26-0709-01 approving the reclassification of Office doors with vision panels from surplus property for sale to surplus property for donation.
  • Adopted Order 26-0709-02 approving the sale of 2010 Ford F-150 (truck #106).
  • Adopted Order 26-0709-03 approving the reclassification of the Badminton Poles from surplus property for sale to surplus property for metal scrap.
  • Adopted Order 26-0709-05 approving the reclassification of Dell P24h Computer Monitor Stands (24) from surplus property for sale to surplus property for donation or recycling.
  • Adopted Order 26-0709-04 approving to lower the reserve amount for the Precor Fitness Bikes (2).
  • Adopted Order 26-0709-06 approving the sale of a Precor Fitness Bike to the highest bidder.
  • Accepted Parks and Recreation Operations report as presented.
  • Accepted Parks and Recreation and Shared Services Projects status report as presented.
  • Accepted personnel matters report as presented.
  • Accepted Board Contingency and Capital Projects and Fund Balance report as presented.
  • Accepted Prior Board of Directors' Direction for Action by District Staff and Board of Directors status report as presented.
  • Adopted Order 26-0709-07 approving the sale of the Backhoe.
  • Adopted Order 26-0709-08 Scissor Lift approving a reduction in the reserve amount for previously declared surplus property and authorize its sale to the highest bidder upon completion of the auction, regardless of whether the reserve price is met.
  • Approved project scope and implementation plan for the Community Center Parking Lot Restriping Project and assign a Primary Board Member.
  • Denied authorizing reptile and amphibian catch-and-release activities on District property by individuals possessing the applicable Texas Parks and Wildlife endorsement.
  • Approved the implementation and placement of Narcan (naloxone) within designated District facilities.
  • Approved the termination of contract with Ballard King for Parks and Recreation Assessment
  • Adopted Order 26-070909 approving amendment to Standard Agreement With Local Governmental Entity Regarding Off-Duty Contracting Of County Law Enforcement Agency Deputies.
  • Approved implementation of the Water and Wastewater Capital Improvement Plan: maintaining the current implementation schedule and revising the proposed bond funding strategy to include an initial issuance of approximately $26 million, followed by a second issuance in FY29.
