Dear Brushy Creek MUD residents,

We want to keep you informed about an upcoming infrastructure project that will enhance our community’s wastewater system.

The design of a project to increase wastewater line capacity, meant to ensure continued proper functionality of the system, is underway and the project is anticipated to begin construction in late summer 2026 in certain sections of the Brushy Creek North subdivision.

As part of the design process, residents may notice crews along the project limits, which include Park Drive, portions of Eagle Way, and North Park. This work is anticipated to begin the week of Sept. 29 and occur where you may notice construction markers and possible lane closures in the area as crews continue to assess project parameters. Work will involve land surveying, as well as other assessments. No roads are expected to be closed.

Before construction begins, the District will send out additional communications with more specific details about expected timelines and impacts to adjacent property owners.
