• Approved Board Meeting Minutes: October 10, 2024; November 7, 2024; November 14, 2024; and November 16, 2024.
• Adopted Order 24-1212-06 approving the Horticulturist job description.
• Approved the Austin Bangladeshi Community Application as a Commercial Use and approved the use of The Community Center Red Gym for their Annual Community Badminton Tournament to be held on June 21 - 22, 2025.
• Approved the appointment of Charity Lehr, Pennie Koopman, and Jill Adelman to the Community Center Advisory Committee.
• Accepted Public Works Operations report as presented.
• Accepted Shared Services operations and projects report.
• Accepted Board direction report.
• Accepted report concerning the status and disposition of property previously declared to be surplus by Order of the Board of Directors.
• Approved the exterior design inspiration concepts for the Field Operation Site buildings as provided in the attached slides to continue project.
• Adopted Order 24-1212-01 approving the execution of a Water Facilities Easement with RCP 620 Great Oaks, LP.
• Discussed extending the selection of current engineering firms for an additional year rather than pursuing a new RFQ process in FY25.
• Adopted Order 24-1212-02 approving a contract with G-Creek for the removal of the existing wooden trellis at Sendero Springs Pool for $9,900 funded from budget reserves.
• Adopted Order 24-1212-03 approving the Marlins Swim Team Contract for FY25.
• Adopted Order 24-1212-04 approving the Stingrays Swim Team Contract for FY25.
• Approved refund of prorated membership fee.
• Adopted Order 24-1212-05 approving amended Community Center Membership Policies and Rules adjustment to the Community Center Hours of Operation by adding back the 4:00 - 5:00 p.m. time frame and closing the Administrative Lobby on Sundays.
• Adopted Order 24-1212-07 approving the proposed FY25 District Holiday Calendar.
• Adopted Resolution 24-1212-01 approving amended Fiscal Year 2024 Budget.
• Approved Fourth Quarter Financial Reports and Budget Adjustments as of September 30, 2024.
• Adopted Order 24-1212-08 approving amended Order Authorizing General Manager to Approve Certain Expenditures and Contracts; Providing for the Disbursement of District Funds; Providing for Purchasing; Capitalization, Financial Reporting, Voiding of Checks and Surplus Property Disposition Policies; Delegating Change Order Approval Authority to the General Manager; and Containing other matters relating to the Safekeeping of District Funds.
• Approved the addition of Kelly De La Garza, Accounting Manager, and Chelsea Lockhart, Administration Manager, as authorized users for the BCMUD LOGIC, TexPool, Frost, PECU, and First Texas Bank accounts and authorized the Board Treasurer to verify and approve bank documents before submitting them to the banks.
