BINGOCIZE

Bingocize is a fun class that combines game play with light exercises and fall prevention education. All physical abilities are welcome to attend! Come ready to do a few light exercises and win prizes with Bingo! This class is led by the Trauma Injury Prevention Nurse for St. David’s Round Rock Medical Center.
