At Brushy Creek MUD, we take pride in everything we do. In that spirit, whether it’s for water customers, park attendees, Community Center guests and members—really anyone who uses services and facilities run by the District—we want to make sure we provide the best level of service possible. That’s a big part of what we like to call the Brushy Creek Life. When District residents and visitors let us know we did a great job, we feel that deserves some visibility. Below is some positive feedback of how our Team Members went above and beyond to provide great service:

Dear Customer Service Team,
I would like to take a moment to recognize the outstanding efforts of three gentlemen from the Brushy Creek Water Department.
Yesterday, a water department worker visited to inform me that the water quality has improved and there's no longer a need to boil water. During our conversation, I mentioned that my water pressure drops below 40 psi when more than two faucets are running simultaneously. The gentleman quickly identified the issue as a buildup inside the pressure valve, which was affecting the water pipe.
Today, he returned with two colleagues to help remove the pressure valve and clean the pipe. Thanks to their efforts, the water pressure is now back to normal.
Their dedication and professionalism truly demonstrate their commitment to resolving community issues and delivering exceptional customer service. I am sincerely grateful to have such a competent and responsive team in our community.
Thank you once again for addressing this issue--while it may seem minor, it has significantly improved our quality of life.

I have positive feedback for Laura, teacher of the M/W 1 p.m. Fit4Life class. Her instructions are so clear and easy to understand, her classes are fit and fun, and she's always in a great mood.

As a member of BCCC, I frequently visit for badminton and fitness. Yesterday, I accidentally left a cup and a set of workout clothes in a locker in the women’s changing room. Since I live far away and it was rush hour, I didn’t want to go back, so I called the front desk for help.
The lady who answered the phone immediately went to check, carefully placed my belongings at the front desk with a note, and then called me back to let me know I could pick them up the next day. When I arrived today, I was truly touched to see everything safely stored.
Unfortunately, I didn’t get her name, but I want to express my gratitude. BCCC’s staff are always warm, patient, professional, and dedicated. The facilities are excellent, well-maintained, and impeccably clean. The entire space is bright and inviting, and the aroma of fresh coffee in the mornings is always a delight.
I hope BCCC can recognize this wonderful staff member for her kindness. I also want to take this opportunity to sincerely thank BCCC and all its employees for their outstanding service!
